After 3 years of classroom teaching in Shenzhen, James Wilson became the youngest Delivery Center Leader in TESL China's network, now mentoring 15 teachers.
James arrived in China in 2021 with a TESL certificate and a passion for education. He started as a classroom teacher at a partner school in Shenzhen, where he quickly distinguished himself through innovative teaching methods and strong student outcomes.
Within two years, James had completed his TESL Professional certification and taken on mentoring roles. His ability to bridge cultural differences and train new teachers caught the attention of TESL China leadership.
In 2024, James was appointed Delivery Center Leader for the Shenzhen region. He now oversees 15 teachers, coordinates curriculum delivery, and partners with 8 local schools. His center has achieved a 95% student satisfaction rate.
